No, you need to use your STR to attack an enemy’s STR,
(get 13 or higher to remove an enemy token) DEX to attack enemy DEX, same for INT and CRA

Solution: You can arrange the order of your dungeon deck, face down.
I recommend: Enemy, x2 encounter, lil goblin, enemy, x2 encounter, enemy, lil goblin, encounter, boss -
only let this happen 3 times.
You’ve got the 1st edition, this was solved in the 2nd edition by making that enemy special trigger a max of 3 times.

Yes, but only once per player per game. If a player reaches zero HP, another player can donate some of their HP before the dying player’s next turn.

This means you put 2 item cards on the table, and decide as a team who needs each most.

You can decrease difficulty by changing the number required to
remove Enemy Tokens to 11, and/or increase Max Player Health. -
